ISG Access Platform in Colorado and Nevada— Design foundations for train access platforms and fall protection system for each location. Dealt with different soil parameters specific to each site.
ISG Coal Creek Station Power Plant North Dakota— Design racks and foundations to support four 12” diameter pipes at 25 feet above grade for 250 feet. Design 270 foot long access truss suspended from 80 foot tall towers to convey four 12” diameter pipes to the top of a 220 foot diameter concrete storage dome. Design the support structures for the fly ash extraction equipment within the concrete dome. Each support structure was designed for 1,200,000 lbs. at each end on two deep pier foundations. Provide the shop drawings for all the structural steel.
ISG Delta Power Plant— Design racks and foundations to support four 14” diameter pipes at 25 feet above grade for 166 feet. 116 foot tall tower for pipe supports to top of two storage silos. Provide the shop drawings for all the structural steel.
ISG Independence, Arkansas— Design racks and foundations to support one 16” diameter pipes at 25 feet above grade for 880 feet. Designed two 100 foot long trusses. Design of 40 foot long culvert under roadway. Design foundations for 300 ton rail load out silo.
ISG Red River, Louisiana— Performed preliminary design for barge loading structure.
GENEVA PIPE - Nevada Facility— Elevated cement and fly ash storage silos and foundations, Elevated material bins, Mixer platform, Pipe machine foundation, Traveling bucket – curved track and supports
Orem Facility— Elevated cement and flyash storage silos and foundations, Elevated material bins, Mixer platform, Pipe machine foundation, Traveling bucket, track and supports.
SPORT COURT - Foundation and pad for six material storage silos.
